pyinstallerでexe化するとgeopandasのimport部分でpyproj._networkがないというエラーがでる

Question

geopandasを用いたexeアプリを制作しています。

pyinstallerでexe化する前は、普通に実行できるのですが、
pyinstallerでexe化すると、
DLL load failed while importing _network: The specified module could not be found.
のエラーが出ます。

同じ処理をlinuxで行うと、linuxの実行ファイルは正常に作成できているのですが、Windowsだと、上記のようなエラーが出ます。
