spyder でコードを実行した際にissue reporter が開き、そこに出てくるエラーについて

Question

Anaconda で Spyder を起動しコードを実行したところ, issue reporter という画面が現れ、spyder has encountered an internal problem と出てきます。その下にある詳しく見るを開くと下記のようなエラーが出てしまいます。

idle やjupyter で同様のコードを実行した場合は問題なく動作します。Spyderを開き直して他のコードを実行しても同じように出てきます。一回Anacondaごとアンインストールして再インストールしたのですが同じ問題が起きます。対処法をご教示よろしくお願いします。
