問題

Google Play Billing Library(ver:2.1.0)を使用してアプリ内課金を実装したいのですが、Pending Purchaseの処理につまずいてしまっています。

テスターが「スローカード、数分後に承認」というPending Purchaseのテストカードを使用して課金を実行したとします。その後、支払いが終了すればPurchasesUpdatedListenerが呼ばれ、PurchasStateがPURCHASEDになっていれば購入の承認を実行する...(非消耗型)

というような感じで作ってみたのですが(下記クラス)、購入が完了しても(PlayConsoleのステータスが請求可能になっても)PurchasesUpdatedListenerが呼ばれません。

さらに、何度queryPurchasesを呼んでもPurchasStateがPENDINGのままです。故にアプリはいつまでたっても支払いが完了したことを検知できずにいます。

試したこと

・アプリの再起動、端末の再起動、テスト端末の変更 → いずれの場合もPurchasesUpdatedListenerは呼ばれない

・アプリのタスクキルなどが問題かと思い、購入完了後、支払いが完了するまで何も操作をしない → 何もしなくてもPurchasesUpdatedListenerは呼ばれなかった

・PlayStoreのキャッシュ削除 → 効果なし

環境

・Android Studio 3.6
・Google Play Billing Library 2.1.0

コード

このクラスをApplicationクラスでインスタンス化していつどこからでも呼び出せるようにしたいと思い、作りました。使用するActivityごとにリスナーを設定し、BillingClientからの応答をリスナーを通じてActivityに渡す実装です。今回の問題以外にも間違っている部分がありましたらご指摘お願いいたします。
