UICollectionViewを使ってセクションが複数ある画面を実装しています。
セルの大きさを可変にするため、UICollectionViewFlowLayoutをカスタムして利用しています。
ヘッダーを表示するには、レイアウトを生成した際に以下の値を設定する認識です。

layout.headerReferenceSize = CGSizeMake(10,10)
上記を設定することで、以下のファンクションが呼ばれる認識です。

以下のようにレイアウトにカスタムクラスを利用した際、上記のファンクションが呼ばれなくなってしまいました。

に非0のサイズを設定することでcollectionView(collectionView:viewForSupplementaryElementOfKind:indexPath:)
が呼び出されるかどうかは、CustomLayout
