Pythonの "Abcde"[3:] に相当する記述

Pythonにおいて"Abcde"[3:] -> "cd" と書けます。これをC++で簡潔に書くにはどうしたらいいですか？

std::string_view::substr()が使えます。こんな感じでどうでしょうか？
