「グラフの各連結成分の要素を列挙する」問題のように思えます
グラフの問題はSQLを使わず、手続き的に探索した方が簡単で分かりやすいと思います
効率の良いアルゴリズム(深さ優先探索など)も多く知られています
SQLを書いてみましたが、再帰SQLを使った複雑なものになってしまっています
共通部分を持つ配列を変化がなくなるまで追加することで、極大なグラフを得ています
