下記urlのナビゲーションアプリに、「220秒ごと利用者と目的地の距離を計算し距離が離れると振動する機能」、または「ユーザーがルートを離れると振動する機能」のいずれかを追加したいです。どうすればいいでしょうか

現在はMainActivityにアプリ起動知りたいこと
offroute時に振動する機能ようコード追加組みましたが、振動ませんでした。解決方法を教えています。コードは以下のとおりただきたいです。
